Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Asceld ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Asceld website and software (the "Service"). We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
1. What we collect
We may process the following:
- On-chain and wallet data. Public blockchain data and your public wallet address, which are inherently public. We do not collect your private keys or seed phrase — ever.
- Usage and device data. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- AI assistant interactions. Messages you send to the on-site AI assistant are processed to generate a response and may be logged for abuse-prevention, rate-limiting, and quality. Do not include sensitive personal information, keys, or secrets in chat messages.
- Founding-list signups. If you join the early-access list, we store the email address you submit, together with the originating IP address and a timestamp, so we can contact you when access opens and guard the form against abuse. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see section 6.
- Communications. If you contact us, we keep the information you provide to respond.
2. How we use it
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse;
- to respond to your inquiries;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party processors
We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service: hosting infrastructure (Railway) and network delivery (Cloudflare), the AI model provider that powers the on-site assistant (Anthropic), the database that stores founding-list signups (Supabase), and the provider that delivers our email (Resend). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use only what is necessary to operate the site. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling, and we do not use cookies to follow you across other websites. Our infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary cookies for security and delivery.
5. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. AI assistant logs are retained for a limited period for the purposes above.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will action it. Deletion of a founding-list entry is immediate and unconditional — just ask.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
